Skyrim SE Modlist - Base Meshes & Textures

I didn't download NAT and ELFX to use them as my weather and lighting mods. I downloaded them because they contain many great meshes that will still improve whichever weather and lighting mods you do use. However, you will need to extract the BSAs and disable the plugins. The only two mods in this list that I consider to be requirements are "Particle Patch for ENB" and "Static Mesh Improvement Mod".
